Webinar: Resumes and CVs

To CV or Resume??

This session seeks to provide an introduction to the differences between a CV and Resume, the true meaning and purpose of each document, and highlight what should be included by a professional when assisting their clients to develop the document that is most suited to their industry. Some examples of each of these different documents will be provided at the session.

The 2010 Victorian Conference focused heavily on the debate Resume vs CV and left many of our members asking for more information about what the industry is currently wanting. Following on from this, a PD event was run for Melbourne members with great results and it has now been opened up to all members nationally through a webinar.

About the Presenter:
Rebecca Fraser has been working as a professional resume writer since 2000 and established her own business providing assistance to private clients, organisations and wholesale to career development professionals in 2005. Her passion for the industry has seen her driving the approach to ensuring professionalism of individuals advertising as Professional Resume Writers and working with CDAA to establish the strategies and guidelines that will ensure professional resume writers meet the CICA 2012 standards.
